To Compete with Reliance Jio, Airtel has Introduced a Data Add-on Plan of Rs 251

Telecom company Airtel has recently announced a change in its popular Rs 98 plan to give double the data in it.  Whereas earlier users used to get 6GB of data in this plan, now 12GB of data is being given.  Now the company has once again brought a new data add-on plan for users.  The price of this plan is Rs 251 and users will get the benefit of 50GB data in total.  The plan has been specifically introduced keeping in mind the convenience of users doing work from home.  This Airtel plan can give a tough competition to Reliance Jio's Rs 251 plan.

In Airtel's Rs 251 data add-on pack, users are being offered unlimited data up to 50GB.  The special thing is that there is no validity of this pack and users can recharge it with their primary or existing plan and use it till its validity.  However, calling and SMS are not being provided to users in this plan.  This facility will be available only with the active plan.

To compete with Reliance Jio, Airtel has introduced a data add-on plan of Rs 251.  Jio recently introduced this pack and users are being offered 50GB of data. Now the question arises what benefits are users getting in Airtel's Rs 251 plan?

By the way, let us tell you that Airtel is already offering a 100 rupees add-on data pack to its users.  In this, users can avail up to 15GB of data.  All these plans will prove very useful for work from home during lockdown.  So that users do not have to face the trouble of running out of internet while working.
