Stock Market Fluctuations, Sensex Rolled Down after Great Opening

The Indian stock market also started with a boom on Friday. The Sensex opened at 40,196.07 and rose to 40,283.30. But the market saw pressure at around 10:30 pm and the Sensex was trading at 40,116, down by 12 points. The Nifty was trading 10 points down at 11,865.

Rupee under Pressure

At the same time, the rupee opened with weakness against the dollar on Friday. Today, against the dollar, the rupee opened at a level of 70.94 rupees with a weakness of 2 paise. At the same time, the rupee closed at a level of 70.92 rupees, against the dollar, on Thursday, by 4 paise.

Shares on Red Mark

As soon as the market opened, IOC shares fell by about Rs 5 to Rs 141.55. At the same time, Coal India shares fell by about Rs 4 to open at Rs 203.45. Bharti Airtel shares fell nearly Rs 8 to open at Rs 366.50 level.

In fact, the Nifty opened at 11,886.69 at 9 am and rose to 11,914.30 while its low was 11,868.95. The Nifty had closed at 11,877.45 in the previous session.

Actually, the edge seen from Diwali was seen even today during the opening. During the trading on Thursday, the Sensex had set a new record high of 40,392.22, but could not sustain at this level. IT and banking stocks rose strongly. After trading all day on Thursday, the Sensex climbed 77.18 points to 40,129 and the Nifty gained 37 points to close at 11,881.20.
