TVS Motor has launched the new edition of the Apache RTR 160 in the Indian market. The ex-showroom price of this bike is set at ₹1.28 lakh.
The new edition of the TVS Apache comes with several updates. There have been numerous changes in the bike's design, colour, and features. The company has also started bookings for this Racing Edition.
About a month before the launch of this Racing Edition, TVS introduced the Black Edition of the Apache RTR 160 4V motorcycle to the market. Now, the company has brought the Racing Edition to the market.
This bike is one of the most expensive in the Apache lineup, priced about ₹9,000 more than the Black Edition.
The new Racing Edition of the TVS Apache comes with a new colour scheme and graphic elements. This motorcycle features an exclusive matte black body colour, giving it a sporty look.
Carbon fibre graphics are used on the bike, and it has a Racing Edition logo as well. The new edition of the Apache also sports red alloy wheels.
The TVS Apache RTR 160 Racing Edition is equipped with a 160 cc, air-cooled engine. This engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The engine delivers 15.8 bhp of power at 8,750 rpm and generates 12.7 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.
This bike comes with a top speed of 107 kmph. Glide Through Technology has been incorporated into this bike for effortless low-speed riding.
The new edition of the TVS Apache retains features from its other variants. This bike can be ridden in three modes: Sport, Urban, and Rain.
It is equipped with a digital LCD cluster along with TVS SmartXonnect.
