South Korean automaker Hyundai has launched the sporty and performance-inspired new SUV, the Hyundai CRETA N Line. The company claims that the new CRETA N Line enters the mid-size SUV segment with track-inspired aesthetics and dynamic driving experience.
It perfectly balances distinctive design language, tuned dynamics, and cutting-edge technology. The price of the new Creta N-Line starts from ₹16,82,300 and goes up to ₹20,29,900 for the top variant (ex-showroom).
The Hyundai CRETA N Line is the third model in the company's N Line lineup, following the introduction of N-Line variants for the i20 and Venue models.
So far, the company has sold a total of 22,000 units of N-Line models. On the occasion of the launch of the Hyundai CRETA N Line, SS Kim, MD & CEO of Hyundai Motor India Limited, said, "The Creta N-Line model has been crafted keeping in mind the sporty and performance aspects, which fulfills the needs of customers.
Enhancing the design further, the side profile of the Hyundai CRETA N Line features new R18 (D= 462 mm) alloy wheels, providing a dynamic look. Additionally, the red front and rear brake calipers, as well as red inserts on the side sills, give the SUV a unique presence.
The black-painted ORVMs along with the side, roof rails, and C-pillar garnish set the Hyundai CRETA N Line apart from others.
It comes with a sporty front grille, a new front bumper design with red inserts, and a new N Line-specific front skid plate.
Its dimensions are 4330 mm in length, 1790 mm in width, and 1635 mm in height. This SUV has a wheelbase of 2610 mm.
The cabin of the Hyundai CRETA N Line is laden with advanced features and technology. Sporting a premium black interior with red inserts, the interior exudes dynamic energy.
The gear knob and steering wheel are adorned with 'N' badging. Along with the N badging, premium leatherette seats and metal pedals have also been embellished.
To deliver outstanding performance, the Hyundai CRETA N Line is equipped with a 1.5-liter Turbo GDi engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission (N Line exclusive) and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT).
Hyundai claims that this SUV is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in just 8.9 seconds. This engine generates a power output of 160 PS and a torque of 253 Nm.
For an enhanced driving experience, the Hyundai CRETA N Line features three driving modes (Eco, Normal, and Sport) and traction control modes (Snow, Sand, and Mud), making driving on different types of roads easier.
With new R18 (D= 462 mm) alloy wheels and sportier suspension, this SUV offers stability at high speeds. Hyundai claims that this SUV provides a mileage of up to 18 kilometres per litre.
Creta N-Line is equipped with a 26.03 cm (10.25-inch) HD infotainment system and a 26.03 cm (10.25-inch) digital cluster, featuring a multi-language UI display for enhanced clarity and functionality with a futuristic interface.
The 10.25-inch digital cluster allows drivers to select from various themed options for different drive modes. Additionally, it includes essential ADAS alerts and displays, including a blind-spot view monitor, ensuring increased safety while driving.
This SUV offers more than 70 Hyundai BlueLink-connected car features. Hyundai BlueLink supports smart phone and smartwatch connectivity. Other features include sunroof open/close for in-vehicle assistance, seat ventilation control, climate control, temperature control, fan speed control, wind direction, and air intake type control (fresh/circulation).
The CRETA N Line is equipped with advanced active and passive safety features, providing customers with 360-degree protection. It includes a dual-camera dashcam, 6 airbags, 4 disc brakes, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Auto Hold with Electronic Parking Brake, Hill Assist Control (HAC), TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), Auto Headlamp, and 42 other standard safety features.
Additionally, it offers SmartSense Level 2 ADAS, Surround View Monitor, Front Parking Sensors, Blind Spot View Monitor, and more, totalling to over 70 advanced safety features.
