Photography Competition in UP: This exciting news is for those who are professional photographers who love to take pictures of historical and ancient places.
A photography competition has been organized by the Department of Archeology and Culture of Uttar Pradesh to commemorate the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
The Yogi government has also announced an award for those who captured the best images of Uttar Pradesh's cultural heritage.
Information about the contest has been given by the Director, Uttar Pradesh State Archeology Department.
It has been told that this competition is being organized for participants of all age groups. In this, only photographs of heritage protected by the UP State Archaeological Department will be valid.
A monument must be photographed from four different angles. The photos' resolution should also be at least 600 dpi.
Other than this, there shouldn't be a name or watermark on the pictures.
All of the chosen pictures will be protected by the department's copyright.
The Yogi government will give 10000, 7000, and 5000 rupees, respectively, to the candidates who place first, second, and third by capturing the best images.
In addition, two consolation prizes of Rs. 2-2 thousand each will also be given. Other contestants also need not be disappointed.
A participation certificate will also be given to the participants by the government who do not come to any place.
