Rajasthan Crime News: Mentally Challenged Girl Raped in Rajsamand, Two Arrested
Rajasthan Crime News: A 15-year-old minor mentally challenged girl was raped brutally by two men in Rajsamand district. SP Sudhir Joshi of Rajsamand district said that the FIR was filed on Wednesday right after the family of the victim approached them with the complaint.
“We swiftly moved our teams to track down suspects as soon as possible,” he said.
Udaipur IGP Ajay Pal Lamba said that both the accused have been arrested by the police. According to a senior official of Rajsthan Police his horrifying incident took place on October 16 when the accused took the girl to a location and allegedly plans to rape her.
SP Sudhir Joshi furthermore said that the medical examination of the victim was done by a medical board. Despite this Man Singh Bareth, district BJP President alleged that the police did not register the FIR immediately.
On the other hand the police denied all such allegations and said that the FIR was immediately registered as soon as the family approached.
Police added that an extensive detailed investigation is ongoing in the case. A police official said "The family told that their daughter is mentally challenged".

When the family of the victim went for justice to the police, it came to light that efforts were made to suppress the matter because the accused were linked to the Congress party."
He furthermore said that something like this is not new and the Congress party has always carried this attitude.
As per the statements of Poonawalla, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has never visited any victims.

BJP has already criticized Congress Leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra by calling her a "political tourist" as she is keeping a tight silence on rising rape cases under Gehlot goverment.
BJP national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla alleged that Priyanka Gandhi often comes to Rajasthan on political tourism. She frequently comes to Ranthambore with her family but it's not possible for her to see the rising rape cases.
He furthermore added that Priyanka Gandhi gave slogans like "ladki hoon lad sakti hoon" in UP but when it comes to a state with her ruling government women are fearing her lives.
CP Joshi who the BJP state president asked why no single member of Gandhi family are showing interest in addressing the rape cases in the state.
Apart from Poonawalla, Rajendra Rathore, leader of the opposition party has also alleged Priyanka Gandhi for not speaking on the rising rape cases and crimes against women in Rajasthan.
He furthermore said that Congress is just gaslighting the Indian public with their failed schemes.
