Pension for Unmarried in Haryana: Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar revealed that the Haryana government is planning to launch a pension program for unmarried individuals aged 45-60.

The decision of implementing the scheme is expected to be finalized within a month and when the scheme is implemented Haryana will be the first state in the Nation to offer pensions for unmarried individuals aged 45-60.

CM Khattar made this announcement during a 'Jan Samvad' event in Karnal, where he engaged in various initiatives such as planting saplings, announcing the construction of a Sanskriti Model School, and issuing directives for a new government school building and a road in Kalampura.

Conditions for Implementation the Scheme

Manohar Lal Khattar, the Chief Minister of Haryana, on Thursday (July 6 ) announced a pension of Rs. 2,750 per month for single men and women aged 45 to 60.

Unmarried individuals who earn no more than Rs. 1.80 lakh per year will be benefitted by the scheme.

CM Khattar also announced a pension of 2,750 rupees per month for widowers between the ages of 40 and 60 who earn less than Rs 3 lakh annually.

What else promises Haryana Government made

The chief minister issued a directive to the deputy commissioner of Karnal, instructing them to ensure that every village in the district receives Internet connectivity.

"In the present era, a significant majority of tasks, ranging from 70 to 80 per cent, are performed online. Therefore, it is crucial to provide internet services in rural areas.

Karnal will lead as the pioneering district where BSNL internet service will be accessible in every village," stated Chief Minister.

CM Khattar engaged in the plantation of saplings within the vicinity of the community centre. Additionally, he made a significant declaration regarding the establishment of a Sanskriti Model School in Kalampura village.

He firmly instructed the responsible officers to complete the construction of a new government school building and a road connecting Kachhwa to Kalampura within a span of two months.

Furthermore, the chief minister announced plans for constructing a volleyball ground at the government school and renovating a pond.
