Lady Don of Jamui: A photo of a woman in Bihar's Jamui is going viral on social media in which she is holding a country-made pistol and cartridges. Now this woman is being called 'Lady Don' of Jamui.

The viral picture has also reached the Jamui police. Police say that the woman has been identified and now efforts are being made to nab her.

Municipal elections are going on in Bihar

Civic body elections are going on in Bihar at this time. On December 8, 2022, voting was held for the civic elections in Jamui.

The same day a picture went viral on social media. Since then the police have swung into action.

The woman in the photo is seen holding a pistol and two live cartridges in her hand. The photo quickly went viral in the entire region.

Gradually, her photo started being shared rapidly by telling the woman as Lady Don of Jamui.

Efforts are being made to nab her

It was also claimed that the name of the woman seen in the picture is Simpi Devi. Simpi Devi's husband's name is Nitish Rawat.

Nitish is said to be a relative of Surya Narayan Rawat, husband of the former ward councillor of ward number 15.

In this case, when Surya Narayan was asked about the lady don with a gun, he flatly refused to recognize the woman.

On the matter of the viral photo, Jamui DSP Dr Rakesh Kumar says that the photo of a woman with a pistol and live cartridges has gone viral.

The police have also got her picture. The woman has been identified and now efforts are being made to nab her.
