IND Vs NED: The hosts of this ODI World Cup 2023 will be facing the Netherlands in their second warm-up game of this ICC mega event of the fifty overs format.

IND Vs NED: King Might Not Play Warm-Up Game Against Netherlands in Trivandrum

The news and media reports say that India’s superstar batter Virat Kohli might not play the warm-up game of this ODI World Cup 2023 against the Dutch tomorrow.

He had gone back to Mumbai to meet his wife Anushka Sharma for a personal emergency and Virat had even asked the team management to grant him a leave for one day.

When India flew to Trivandrum from Guwahati, where the first warm-up game was played against the defending champions, England on Saturday 30th October 2023, the King was not seen in the group of the men in the blue team with the other players. India took a special flight to reach Thiruvananthapuram on Sunday evening.

The reports also say that India’s number 3 ODI Batter specialist batter will join the men in the blue side in Trivandrum on Monday. The second warm-up match will be India’s last outing in the practice game of this fifty-overs event.

So they would want the climate suitable for playing the game of bat and ball before they face Australia for the seventh time in this year of 2023.

Till now India and Australia have won 3 matches each. Their real test lies ahead when they will face each other on 8th October 2023.

The weather in Thiruvananthapuram hasn't been great so far and the forecast is also not good nor favourable for tomorrow’s encounter between India and Netherlands.

The rains and the thunderstorm will play a spoilsport once again like it has done till now and the Accweather forecast even says so. Both the warm-up games were affected by the rains in Trivandrum.

South Africa and Afghanistan match was washed out without the toss and Australia Vs Netherlands game was reduced to 23 overs a side. But still, the Aussies won that game in the end.
