BCCI Central Contract List: Ravindra Jadeja has been a stellar performer for the men in blue side in all three formats of the game.

Jaduu will also be a key member and likely the only spin-bowling all-rounder who will take part in the final of the World Test Championship as well.

That one off red ball match will be played at The Oval from 7th June 2023 to 11th June 2023 and 12th June 2023 has been kept as the reserve day.

Jaddu climbs up the ladder in recent Central Contract List

Ravindra Jadeja has made a strong comeback in the red ball format series of the Border Gavaskar Trophy 2023, which India won by a margin of 2-1 against Australia.

Before this BGT series, Jaddu was out of action. But the way he made a comeback as an all-rounder was simply incredible. In the recently announced list, Jadeja has been promoted to A+ Grade.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India, BCCI, has announced the central contract list where Jaddu climbs up the ladder and now he has been featured in the list of highest-paid Indian cricket players.

Jaddu also joined the elite list where the current skipper Rohit Sharma, the King, Virat Kohli, and star pace bowler Jasprit Bumrah are already present. Jadeja will also earn a salary of 7 crores annually.

After the spin bowling all-rounder gets a grade A+, the pace bowling all-rounder and the current T20I captain of the men in blue side, Hardik Pandya has also been promoted to A Grade in the recently announced list of the central contract. Pandya has been a brilliant T20I skipper of the Indian Team so far.

Pandya won his maiden IPL title last year for the Gujarat Titans, then he was also appointed as the skipper of the team in the shortest format after India went down in the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia.

Since then Pandya has not lost any series of the shortest format. Hardik is also the vice-captain of the fifty overs format and he won his first ODI match as a captain in Mumbai. That was the only match which India won in that series.

Now Hardik will join the Grade A list of players who earns a 5 Crore annual salary. Hardik was dropped to C Grade last year and that was mainly because of his fitness issues.

But since then his return has been effective and India should consider him for the WTC Final 2023 because of his all-around abilities.

Alongside Hardik Pandya, the list of Grade A includes Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohammed Shami, Rishabh Pant and Axar Patel.
