Earthquake In Bikaner: An earthquake of 4.2 magnitude struck the region of Bikaner in Rajasthan late on Sunday night, with its tremors being felt in nearby areas. Fortunately, there have been no reports of any casualties or damage to property.

The National Centre for Seismology (NCS) reported that the earthquake's epicentre was located 516 km west of Bikaner and occurred at a depth of 8 km.

The National Center for Seismology tweeted today about an earthquake that happened at 02:16:37 IST on March 26th, 2023.

The earthquake had a magnitude of 4.2 and occurred at a depth of 8 km with coordinates of 28.40 latitude and 68.06 longitude. The earthquake was located approximately 516km west of Bikaner, Rajasthan.

3.5 Magnitude Earthquake Also Hits Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh

On the same night, a 3.5 magnitude earthquake was reported to have occurred in Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh at 01:45:09 IST on March 26, 2023.

According to the earthquake monitoring agency, the earthquake had a depth of 76 kilometres and its epicentre was located at latitude 27.48 and longitude 96.15.

Myanmar was also struck by an earthquake measuring 4.0 on the Richter scale on March 25, as reported by the National Center for Seismology (NCS).

The quake occurred at a depth of 10 km, and its epicenter was 106 km north of Burma in Myanmar.

On Friday morning, two earthquakes struck Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, causing strong tremors to be felt in the region.

According to the National Centre of Seismology, a magnitude 4.0 earthquake occurred near Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh at 10:31 am, while a magnitude 3.9 quake hit the Ambikapur area of Chhattisgarh at 10:28 am.
