The lock down is scheduled to run on April 14 in the country. The UP government is constantly distributing groceries so that no poor gets any problem during the lock down. During this time, a large number of people are afraid of putting a thumb, in these conditions CSIR Lucknow i.e. Indian Institute of Toxilogy Research Institute has helped the UP government a lot. CSIR director Alok Dhawan along with his scientist team has made 850 liter sanitizer available to the government within 48 hours.

In fact, CM Yogi had given the responsibility of providing sanitizer to the director of CSIR Alok Dhawan. Now CM Yogi has instructed to make CSIR a sanitizer continuously so that people of all emergency services are available at all times. Apart from this, scientists of CSIR are also going to make masks which can be used twice within a day. CSIR has also received orders from the government regarding this.

Where as number of confirmed cases in India is nearing 3,000 and includes 68 deaths and 184 recoveries. In comparison, coronavirus has claimed more than 58,000 lives across the globe while infecting over 1 million people. On April 4, deaths of Covid-19 patients were reported from Karnataka, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu.
