The divorce case of Nawazuddin Siddiqui and wife Aaliya Siddiqui has now taken a new turn. Nawazuddin finally broke his silence and sent a legal notice on 6 May, a defamation notice to his wife Aaliya Siddiqui seeking divorce.
According to the legal notice sent by Nawazuddin Siddiqui's lawyer Adnan Sheikh, Aaliya is constantly trying to discredit a famous personality like Nawazuddin with his lies and all kinds of accusations and that is why his client has now defamed him against Aaliya have decided to file a case.
It is noteworthy that Nawazuddin's lawyer Adnan Sheikh has also blamed Aaliya's allegations for not filling the EMI of the house for the past several months and not paying the school fees and maintenance cost of the children. In the notice, there is a mention of filling the EMI of the house in a sequential manner and giving equal amount of school fees and maintenance money to both the children of Nawazuddin.
In the notice sent by Nawazuddin, Aaliya's statement that Nawazuddin Siddiqui has not yet responded to Alia's legal notice. According to Nawazuddin's lawyer K Adnan Shaikh, Aaliya had sent a legal notice of divorce on May 6, which needed to be answered within 15 days. Nawazuddin's reply to this notice was given on May 19 in the form of 'Disposal of Marriage'. But even then, Aaliya's failure to reply to the legal notice is an attempt to damage Nawazuddin's credibility by saying in the media.
This notice states that Aaliya is constantly spreading lies in the media, attacking Nawazuddin's credibility and in such a situation, Alia must apologize in writing to his client and take back all his lies. If they do not do so, they will be forced to do all kinds of defamation cases against them.
