Amid concerns of the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor scam, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is now preparing to issue him a fourth summons.

According to top sources connected with the Enforcement Directorate, the letter sent by Kejriwal is currently under review. Following this, a fourth summons will be sent to him. The ED has dismissed claims of raids at Kejriwal's residence made today.

In connection with the liquor scam, the ED had previously issued three summonses to Arvind Kejriwal

However, even after receiving all three summons, Kejriwal has not appeared before the ED yet. In response to the three summonses, he has sent letters to the ED, and his responses are currently being examined.

AAP Leaders Express Concerns Over Possible Arrest

Following the continuous issuance of summons by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) alleges that these procedural actions are aimed at arresting Arvind Kejriwal.

AAP contends that if the ED intends to question him, they should submit their queries in writing, allowing Kejriwal to respond accordingly.

It was on Wednesday that leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) began expressing concerns about the potential arrest of Arvind Kejriwal. AAP leaders had claimed that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) might conduct a raid at Kejriwal's residence and subsequently arrest him.

Ministers Atishi, Saurabh Bhardwaj, and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh from the Delhi government took to the social media platform Twitter, asserting that there could be an ED raid at Kejriwal's residence today, potentially leading to his arrest.

Three Summons Issued in Three Weeks

Atishi had mentioned that this case has been under investigation for a year now, and so far, no cash, gold, silver, or any property documents have been seized. What has caused such a stir that three summonses have been sent in three weeks?
