After Bulli Bai App, big news is coming in the 'Sulli Deals' app case. It has been said by the Delhi Police that the person who created the 'Sulli Deals' app has been arrested from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Regarding the arrest, DCP KPS Malhotra (Intelligence Fusion and Strategic Operations, IFSO) of Delhi Police Special Cell said that 'Sulli Deals' app creator and mastermind Aumkareshwar Thakur has been arrested from Indore. He is a member of a trade-group on Twitter created to troll Muslim women. Police said photographs of hundreds of Muslim women were put up for 'auction' on mobile applications without their approval.
Let us discuss here that after Bulli Bai App, now the police has made the first arrest in the Sulli deals case, due to which many important things can come to the fore. The arrested person is a 25-year-old accused named Omkeshwar Thakur. It may be noted that in July last year, BCA student Aumkareshwar Thakur had done the work of preparing the Sulli Deals in which Muslim women were being targeted.
According to media reports, the accused has made many revelations during the interrogation. He has told that apart from him other people were also involved in the Sulli Deal case. They played small roles in it. It is being said from the police that more arrests can be made in this case in the coming days.
IFSC Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) KPS Malhotra said that during initial interrogation, the accused has confessed that he is a member of a group on Twitter in which ideas are shared to defame and troll Muslim women. He developed the code on GitHub. All members of the group had access to GitHub.
