On July 4, 2021, several Twitter users shared screenshots of an app called 'Sully Deals', which was created by an unknown group on GitHub. The app had a catchphrase that read 'Sully Deal of the Day and was posted with pictures of Muslim women. Let us tell you that 'Sulli' is a derogatory word used against women. The convicts making the app illegally take pictures of Muslim women from social media accounts and troll them. Not only this, he misuses the pictures and gets women to bid for 'auction' on the internet. This app was created for the auction of Muslim women.
When someone opens the Bulli Bai app, they erratically see pictures of Muslim women. Once the user unlocks Bulli Bai, it shows you the face of a Muslim woman, then the user expresses it as Bulli Bai of the day. It is then bid on this app with offensive comments on this picture. It is then trended throughout the day with the hashtag #BulliBai. This time 100 women who have a strong presence on Twitter and Facebook are being targeted on the Bulli Bai app. Women from other fields including media have said that their names and photos are being used on this ungrammatical platform.

Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that the account of the suspected criminal who created the app was blocked by GitHub and the police and the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) are probing the matter. At the same time, GitHub has also confirmed by tweeting that they blocked the suspect's account on Sunday morning. GitHub is also cooperating with the investigation, along with the police and CERT.
And also here, Shiv Sena MP Priyanka Chaturvedi has surrounded the government concerning Bulli Deals. He said that no arrests were made in this case, but the sites were blocked. After the Sulli Deals, he had written a letter to the Information and Broadcasting Minister on 30 July and 6 September regarding the arrival of Bulli Deals, whose reply was received on 2 November. And also All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi supported women on Twitter.
