Rajveer Deol, the younger son of legendary Bollywood actor Sunny Deol, will make his cinematic debut.
Following in the footsteps of his older brother Karan, Rajveer will appear in the next film 'Dono' starring Paloma Dhillon, the daughter of actress Poonam Dhillon. The release date for the film has been set for October 5th.
The official poster for the film, which depicts the key characters' romantic chemistry, was released last month. Dev, Rajveer's character, is shown wearing a blue shirt and beige slacks and smiling charmingly.
Meghna, Paloma's character, arrives in a crimson dress with balloon sleeves, her eyes closed and a blush on her cheeks, one hand gently resting on Dev's leg.
Against the backdrop of an expensive destination wedding, 'Dono' tells the wonderful story of two strangers who meet at the event. Dev, a bride's buddy, meets Meghna, a groom's friend.
Their paths cross during the celebrations of a lavish Indian wedding, and they embark on a journey that serves as the film's central plot.
'Dono' is the 59th film produced by Rajshri Productions, a 75-year-old film production firm. The studio is best recognized for producing some of Bollywood's most iconic love films, like 'Maine Pyar Kiya,' directed by Sooraj Barjatya and starring Salman Khan and Bhagyashree.
With its distinctive score and chemistry between the major actors, the film became a cult classic.
Rajshri Productions has produced several successful films over the last six decades, including 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun,' 'Vivah,' and 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo,' among others.
The movie is produced by Kamal Kumar Barjatya, late Rajkumar Barjatya, and Ajit Kumar Barjatya, with Sooraj Barjatya as creative producer.
Rajshri Productions has collaborated with Jio Studios to produce 'Dono.' The film is greatly anticipated by fans and followers of Bollywood cinema, as enthusiasm builds around Rajveer and Paloma's debut.
