He said that if the number of corona infected patients increases in Maharashtra, then the government can increase the restrictions.

Earlier, Maharashtra's Help and Rehabilitation Minister Vijay Wadettiwar said because of the critical situation of Corona and Omicron in the state that the third wave of the corona has arrived in the state and the state government may now be forced to impose a lockdown. However, the final decision on this will be taken by the Chief Minister of the state, Uddhav Thackeray.
