Coronavirus in India: Highest Single Day Spike! 16,922 New Cases Recorded in 24 Hours

Within the last 24 hours 418 people have died due to coronavirus and so far, a total of 14894 people have lost their lives due to coronavirus

Everyday the new cases of coronavirus in the country are setting a new record, although the number of people recovering with the arrival of new cases is also increasing rapidly. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, there have been 16,922 new cases of coronavirus reported across the country in the last 24 hours i.e. from 8 am Wednesday to 8 am Thursday, which is the highest number of cases recorded in a single day. After 16,922 new cases reported in 24 hours, the total number of coronavirus cases across the country has increased to 4, 73,105.

RECOVERY RATE IS NOW ABOVE 57 PERCENT

Although most people have been cured in a total of 473105 coronavirus cases in the country. According to the Health Ministry data, 1,03,012 people have been cured of coronavirus across the country during the last 24 hours and the total number of people who have been cured after defeating this virus is has increased to 271696. The recovery rate of coronavirus has now reached above 57 percent in the country.

418 PEOPLE DIED IN LAST 24 HOURS

However, according to the Union Health Ministry, the number of people who lost their lives due to coronavirus is also increasing. Within the last 24 hours 418 people have died due to coronavirus and so far, a total of 14894 people have lost their lives due to coronavirus.
