Complaint Against Former CM Digvijay Singh Regarding Video, Know What is the Whole matter?

Due to the near-elections in Madhya Pradesh, there is a lot of debate between BJP and Congress leaders through social media.  In this episode, BJP leaders have made a written complaint against former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh at Bhopal Police Crime Branch on Sunday night.  It was said in the complaint that at 1.50 pm on Sunday afternoon, the former Chief Minister had put a video on his official Twitter account.

In this video, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan is saying that the liquor is spread so much that people drink and stay.  The complaint mentions that the video was posted on Shivraj Singh's authorized Twitter account on 12 January 2020.  This 2-minute 19-second video has been manipulated to create a 9-second video, which has been posted by Digvijay Singh on his Twitter account.

Additional SP Crime Branch Nischal Jharia said that on Sunday night, former minister and MLA Vishwas Sarang, former minister Umashankar Gupta, MLA Krishna Gaur, Rameshwar Sharma etc. made a written complaint.  A copy of the video was presented on the pen drive as evidence.  It was told in the complaint that under the excise policy of the Kamal Nath government, a roadmap was being made to open liquor shops in villages.  On January 12, a journalist took a response from Shivraj Singh Chauhan.
