Chinese tech company Vivo launched 'Vivo V29 Series' in India on Wednesday (October 4). This includes the V29 and V29 Pro smartphones. The company has given 6.78 inch AMOLED curved display in both the phones.
At the same time, both the phones have a 50MP front camera for selfie and video calling. Both the phones have the same specifications as the global variants. With the launch, both the phones have become available for pre-order on the company's official website.
Camera: Triple camera setup has been provided in both the phones for photography. In V29, the company has given 50MP primary camera with OIS + 8MP wide angle camera and 2MP bouquet camera. While the V29 Pro includes a 50MP primary camera with OIS + 12MP portrait camera and 8 MP wide-angle lens.
Hardware and Software: For performance, the company has given Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor in Vivo V29 and MediaTek Dimension 778G processor in Vivo V29 Pro.
Battery and Charging: For power backup, the company has provided 4600mAh battery with 80W fast charging support in both the phones.
Connectivity Options: For connectivity, both the phones have 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB Type-C for charging.
The company has launched both the phones of Vivo V29 series in two variants each. The price of 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of Vivo V29 has been kept at ₹ 32,999 and the price of 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant has been kept at ₹ 36,999.
At the same time, the price of 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant of Vivo V29 Pro has been kept at ₹ 39,999 and the price of 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant has been kept at ₹ 42,999. The company is offering an instant discount of ₹ 3500 to buyers paying through credit-debit cards of HDFC Bank and SBI.
