WhatsApp is soon going to add a new feature in the app to identify fake and spam calls (both video/audio). For this, the instant messaging app has partnered with Truecaller 4 months ago to provide caller identification service.
This feature will help WhatsApp users to identify fake, spam and calls coming through the internet. The new feature will be available for both video and audio calls on WhatsApp. Currently, Truecaller is able to identify only those calls that users receive through their telecom service provider.
