Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the latest model of the famous superbike 'Hayabusa' in the Indian market. The company has updated this bike as per BS6 Phase-2 and Real Driving Emission Norms (RDE).
The bike will now run on E20 petrol as well. The new 2023 Suzuki Hayabusa has been launched at an ex-showroom price of Rs 16.90 lakh. The company has started booking it from today itself with the launch.
In 2023 Suzuki Hayabusa, the company has given 1340CC inline-four cylinder DOHC engine. Which generates strong power of 190bhp and peak torque of 142NM. Although the engine has been updated as per BS6 Phase-2 and RDE. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, which gets traction control, cornering ABS, three power modes, cruise control along with a host of features. This bike catches the speed of 0 to 100 km in 2.86 seconds. The company has not made any changes in the mechanism of the bike as well.
The 2023 Suzuki Hayabusa comes with dual-tone color options. Different colored front air intakes, side cowling and rear sections have been installed in the body of the bike. The Suzuki Hayabusa is offered in Metallic Thunder Gray with Candy Daring Red, Metallic Matte Black with Glass Sparkle Black and Pearl Vigor Blue with Pearl Brilliant White.
During the launch of the 2023 Suzuki Hayabusa, Kenichi Umeda, Managing Director, Suzuki Motorcycle India said, “We are grateful for the love that enthusiasts have shown towards the third generation Hayabusa in India. It has been assembled at our Gurgaon plant since its launch. Almost all the vehicles sold across the country have been sold out in record time across the country. Seeing the overwhelming response, we have decided to launch this Suzuki motorcycle in a new color range and OBD2-A compliant."
