Popular TV actor Pearl V Puri has been relieved for raping a minor. The actor has got bail. A case was registered against Pearl V Puri under POSCO at Vasai Virar police station, after which he was arrested on June 4 and sent to judicial custody for 14 days.
After his arrest, Pearl V Puri was presented before the Vasai court on June 5, where his bail was rejected. After this, Pearl V Puri was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. On the same day, Pearl again filed a bail application in the court, which was rejected in the hearing held on June 11. But in the hearing held today i.e. on June 15, Pearl V Puri got relief. The actor has been granted bail. Pearl V Puri's lawyer Jitesh Aggarwal told 'Spotboy' that Pearl V Puri has got bail from the Vasai Sessions Court.
Let us tell you that a few days ago a minor girl and her family members accused Pearl V Puri of rape. According to the police, the minor girl told that Pearl asked her for sexual favours to make a career in TV serials.
However, in this case, the mother of the rape victim claimed that Pearl V Puri was completely innocent and claimed that it was a conspiracy by her husband to implicate the actor. Recently, a statement was issued on behalf of the victim's mother saying that she is standing with Pearl V Puri. To take custody of the daughter, her father has got a case done against Pearl.
At the same time, a statement also came from the victim's father, in which the lawyer for the victim's side said that the girl herself has identified the actor by seeing the picture and she is not lying.
After the allegations against Pearl V Puri, many celebrities came in support of the actor and also sought support from the fans. T-Series owner Bhushan Kumar's wife Divya Khosla Kumar also supported Pearl V Puri and said that the actor is innocent. She had also demanded bail to Pearl V Puri in a social media post.
