Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Thursday targeted the government over the news of the closure of a factory of the bicycle company 'Atlas' and said that the government should clarify its policy and plan to save people's jobs.

Sharing the news of the closure of the bicycle factory in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, she tweeted, "On Wednesday, on the occasion of World Cycle Day, the Ghaziabad factory of the bicycle company Atlas closed, more than 1000 people became unemployed in one stroke."

Priyanka claimed that she had heard in the government's campaign that so many packages were provided, so many jobs were created, but in reality the jobs are ending, factories are closing down. She further said, "To save people's jobs, the government has to clarify its policies and plans."
