Bold and Historic Decision To Remove Article 370: Sushma Swaraj

Former External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Monday welcomed the decision of the Central Government to abolish Article-370 and 35A. She called it a bold and historic decision.

Former External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj tweeted a tweet about it. 'A bold and historical decision. We salute our great India-A India. Swaraj tweeted soon after the BJP-led government repealed Article 370 of the Constitution.

Home Minister Amit Shah today presented the resolution for the removal of Article 370 and the reorganization of Jammu and Kashmir in the Rajya Sabha. It has been approved by the President. In such a situation, the Modi government has removed Article 370 and 35 A from Jammu and Kashmir, declaring historical judgment.

This order will be removed from time to time, the Constitution (Application for J & K) order, 1954.
