MTNL Launches New Plan, Downloading Speed up to 1Gbps

Government telecom company MTNL has launched two big offers for customers of Delhi and Mumbai after a long time. Under the new offers, MTNL customers have been given a downloading speed of 1 Gbps. Not only Delhi but Mumbai customers can also avail this offer. The company has priced its first plan at Rs 2,990 and the second price at Rs 4,990.

Only new users will be able to take advantage of this facility being provided by MTNL. At the same time, MTNL will reduce the limit of FUP to 3 TB and 6 TB after six months. Apart from data, unlimited calling facility will also be provided to customers.

MTNL Broadband Plan

Customers of Delhi and Mumbai will be given 1 Gbps downloading speed in both broadband plans. Apart from this, customers will be provided with unlimited voice calls. If sources are to be believed, BSNL may also release new broadband plans in the Indian market.

According to the report, the company wants more and more new users to come along. At the same time, those taking new connections will be given 4 TB (4000GB) and 8 TB (8000GB) FUP limits. However, after 6 months this limit will be reduced.

MTNL is trying to compete with companies like Reliance Jio, Airtel and Vodafone through this offers. Earlier, Reliance Jio launched many plans under Jio GigaFiber. Through this plan, customers were given 1 Gbps downloading speed.
