Advised by friends, man took overdose of Viagra, fell prey to erectile dysfunction

Viagra, a drug taken to increase blood flow to the penis and improve erectile function put tension to a newly married couple. A 28 year old man was hospitalised in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj after he took an overdose of Viagra. The doctors after much effort treated the sufferer however the man still owns a problem that’ll last for lifetime.

The man was married a few months back, he upon the advice of his friends started taking a dose of Viagra. However, the man took an overdose of the recommended quantity and thus fell prey to erectile dysfunction and subsequent hospitalization.

Took four times more dose than recommended
The man upon the advise of his friends began taking a daily dose of Viagra for around 200 mg. It must be noteworthy that the prescribed dose for the consumption of viagra is around 50 mg and the man went four times more than advised.

Resulting in an overdose, the man ended up with a long last erection not setting down even after days or weeks. Situations turn stiff when her wife left him, being upset and frustrated with the situation returned to her maternal home.

She, however, after several discussions returned to his home but soon left him again after admitting her husband to a hospital. The team at Motilal Nehru Medical College took this rarest of the rare situation as a challenge and successfully performed the penile prosthesis surgery after a long haul. The team upon the surgery pat their shoulders and are obviously much proud of their achievement.

A problem for lifetime

Though the man has been treated successfully, he still owns a problem that would last with him for a lifetime. According to the doctors, the man can have children, but the erection caused in his private part would never settle down. The man thus has to either wear a cloth something like a dhoti or a tight cloth to hide the bulge.
