Indian team opener Prithvi Shaw has now revealed in an interview how he felt during the ban. Prithvi Shaw has said that staying away from cricket was nothing short of torture for him. More than half of cricket and sports tournaments have been canceled or postponed due to the Coronavirus epidemic. Prithvi Shaw, who is spending time at home due to the lockdown, mentioned several things in the interview, including doping ban, the tour of New Zealand and his relationship with Sachin Tendulkar, getting hurt and then enduring criticism. Regarding the doping ban, Prithvi Shaw said, "You have to be careful while eating paracetamol. It is for all the young players. You should talk to your doctor or BCCI doctor before eating any medicine. The small thing can put you in trouble. "

Shaw said, "In my case, I had cough syrup, which contained a banned substance. I took a lesson from it. Since then I consult doctors of the BCCI to see if there is any banned substance in it. It was very difficult for me to stay away from cricket. It was like a torture. It should not happen to anyone. " Prithvi Shaw was banned for 8 months due to doping. However, he returned to the Indian team on the tour of New Zealand, but could not succeed.
