AUS vs NZ: Last Two Matches of ODI Series Cancelled due to Coronavirus

The coronavirus has been seen to have a continuous effect on sports as well. It was decided to postpone the last two matches of the three-match ODI series between India and South Africa. Now the last two matches of the ODI series being played between Australia and New Zealand has also been canceled.

The New Zealand team, which has visited Australia, will return without playing the last two matches of the three-match series. On Saturday, it was decided to postpone the remaining two matches of the series. The Board of Australia and New Zealand decided to cancel the last two ODIs of the series in view of the increasing threat of Coronavirus. On the other hand, Australia's women's team's tour of South Africa was canceled on Friday due to the threat of Corona. On this tour, the Australian team had to play three T20s and so on.

On Friday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India and Cricket South Africa together decided to postpone the last two matches of the series. At the same time, the event of the Indian Premier League has also been postponed till 15 April. The tournament, starting on March 29, will now start on April 15.
