State's schools and colleges were closed for three days
Karnataka, in light of the dispute at various locations during the hearing of the case in the High Court on Tuesday, CM Basavaraj Bommai has ordered the closure of all high schools and colleges in the state for three days. The information came from the Chief Minister's official Twitter account. He pleaded with the kids and the school-college administration to keep the peace.

In response, students dressed in saffron gamchhas marched up to them and began shouting slogans. Following that, the college administration took control of the situation.
