Paneer Capsicum Recipe: Try this Delicious Dhaba-Style Recipe

When you want to eat some quick and tasty dish in lunch then try this paneer recipe which is also very healthy. It uses capsicum, paneer, asafetida, cumin and olive oil and is also the best option to take in tiffin.

Ingredients:

200 gm Paneer

2 finely chopped onions

1/4 cup virgin olive oil

1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

2 long capsicum

1 finely chopped tomato

1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder

1 tbsp coriander powder

2 pinch salt

Method of making Paneer Capsicum Vegetable:

 Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

 Step 2:

Then fry the onion lightly until it turns golden brown. Then add red chili powder, turmeric and asafoetida. Fry the capsicum lightly till it becomes light brown.

 Step 3:

Then add the chopped tomatoes and mix them well. Then cover the pan and leave the vegetables to cook until steam is soft.

 Step 4:

Then add cumin-coriander powder and salt as per taste and mix well. Now mix the paneer in the pan and cover it again for a few minutes.

 Step 5:

Finally serve the vegetable with chopped coriander, with paratha and pickle.
