Nankhatai: Try this Delicious Recipe for Kids

Nankhatai is liked by all. You can make it very easily in your kitchen. Everyone loves its taste and smell and are always ready to eat it.

 Total Time: 45 minutes

 Servings: 5 people

Ingredients:

1 cup gram flour

1 cup salt

1/2 cup sugar powder

1/2 cup ghee

1/2 tsp baking powder

4 small cardamom

How to make Nankhatai:

  1. To make naan khatai, first sieve the gram flour with the help of a siever. Now take a bowl, add sieved gram flour and sugar powder, cardamom and pistachio pieces and melted ghee. Mix them all together.
  2. Now knead this mixture like flour. If you feel less ghee in the lumps then you can add some more. You keep this dough mixture in one place.
  3. After doing so take a pot. Put it on the gas, spread salt in it and keep a mesh on top. Now put a plate on top of it and grease it with some ghee.
  4. Prepare naan khatai in round shape with the help of kneaded mixture. Now place naan on that plate. Bake your Nankhatai in it for 15 minutes.
  5. After some time the color of your naan khatai will start changing and it will start to brown. This means your naan khatai will be baked and take it out in a plate. Do the same with all the Naan Khatai, in a short time your delicious and wonderful Nankhatai is ready.
