Know how Healthy you are with the Blood Colour of PERIODS …

Harshita Sharma

Periods are an integral part of women's lives. In some women, this cycle is five to seven days, while in some it is four to five days. During this time, the woman gets irritability, body pain, and digestion related problems. Sometimes constipation is also a problem, but all these problems go away with the end of periods.

Generally, you would think that your period blood is red in color. But if you ever look at this, then you will know that the color of period blood can be thick brown and light pink as well. Blood color is usually thick in the initial days and lighter in the last days. Sometimes it can also be black.

According to experts, thick colored flow means that blood flow from genitalia is very slow.

Gynecologists believe that depending on the color of the period of blood, many things related to the internal health of the woman can be known.

1. If the color of period blood is thick brown
If the color of your period blood is thick brown then it means that the blood flowing is old. This blood must have been stored in the uterus for a long time and then flowed. Usually, dark brown blood flows only in the morning.

2. If the period blood is red
The flow of red means that this blood became new and flowed very soon. This blood is very light, but when the flow is fast during the day, then only red-colored discharge occurs.

3. If the flow is light red
If you are experiencing light red color then it means that you are healthy. Usually, such flow occurs on the second day of the period. According to experts, there is such a flow in those who have a long period cycle, which becomes somewhat thick later.

4. If your blood flow is black or dark
Black blood flow is a sign of danger. You may have an infection in your uterus or it can also be an indicator of miscarriage. If you are having black blood flow on all the days of periods, then contact the doctor without delay.

5. If there is an orange blood flow
When blood flows with the fluid of the upper part of the uterus, its color is orange. But taking it lightly will not be right. This can be a sign of an infection.
