 Ingredients:

400 grams of boiled penne pasta

1 medium-sized cheese cube (grated)

1 teaspoon parsley

1 cup boiled frozen sweet corn

1 tablespoon butter

2 black pepper powder

4 cups of water

2 tablespoons cornflour powder

1 teaspoon oregano

1 Paprika

200 gm zucchini

4 grated garlic

Salt to taste

For main dish:

1 large chopped capsicum

2 cups of milk

2 chopped capsicum

How to make white sauce pasta:

 Step 1:

Put all the vegetables (sweet corn, capsicum, capsicum) in a pan on medium heat. Add water and salt and boil it. Take care not to boil the vegetables too much.

 Step 2:

When the vegetables are boiling, boil the pasta in another burner on medium heat.

 Step 3:

Heat the butter on low heat to make white sauce. When the butter starts melting, add grated garlic and stir for a minute.

 Step 4:

Now put the cornflour in the pan and stir till the garlic mixes well. Now add milk and keep stirring so that there are no lumps.

When the mixture becomes thick, add all the spices – oregano, celery, paprika, black pepper powder, and salt and mix well. Add grated cheese to the mixture and keep aside for some time.

 Step 6:

Now, add boiled vegetables, boiled pasta to the mixture. Mix all the ingredients well. While serving, add some cheese and grind.
