Summer is called as the season of mangoes. Mango is used in many different ways, from a delicious breakfast recipe to an afternoon snack and dessert. You can try this recipe of Mango Lassi to get relief from the scorching heat. You can make this thick, creamy mango recipe at home.

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS:

Mango: 1 cup (chopped)

Sugar: Half a cup

Curd: less than half a bowl

Ilachi: 2

Mint leaves (for garnishing) 4-5

Ice Cubes: 8-9

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Take one or two ripe mangoes and cut them into small pieces.

2. Take a jar and add yogurt, mango pieces, sugar and ice cubes.

3. Add the cardamom and blend to make a smooth paste.

4. Now serve Lassi from the jar in a glass and put mint leaves on top.
