Chili Chicken: Try this Lip-Smacking Recipe at Home

Chili Chicken is a very tasty and delicious dish. Non-veg eaters eat it with great fervor.

 Servings: 5 people

Ingredients:

250 gm boneless chicken

4 t spoon cornflour

3-4 Green Chillies

4 tsp soy sauce

2 tsp tomato sauce

2 onions

3-4 pieces garlic

1 tsp red chilli

1 capsicum

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

3 tsp oil

Salt – as per taste

How to make Chilli Chicken:

  1. First of all, wash the chicken thoroughly and clean it. Then make ginger garlic paste. Now apply this paste and salt on the chicken pieces. Make sure to apply the paste properly so that the chicken pieces are covered well. After doing so, keep the vessel clean.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan. Now add the chicken pieces and fry them. Make sure the pieces do not burn.
  3. After doing so, fry the onion in the pan until its color becomes light golden. Now add capsicum and fry it as well as add chilli and other spices. Now roast it well. After this add soy sauce to this mixture and also fried chicken pieces.
  4. Now mix the pieces in this mixture well and add 1/2 cup of water as well. After doing so, keep the pan covered.
  5. Your hot chili chicken is ready and serve it hot with roti or naan.
