Aloo Tikki made with potato-peas, chaat masala and chili powder is a special snack recipe in North India. It is easy to make at home. You can make your guests happy by making this recipe on occasions like kitty parties, birthdays or game nights.

Ingredients:

1 cup half-cooked, peeled, mashed potatoes

1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

2 tablespoons Bread Crumbs

4 tablespoons refined oil

1/2 cup half-cooked, mashed peas

1 teaspoon Chaat Masala

2 tablespoons Cornflour

1 teaspoon salt

How to make Aloo Tikki Recipe:

 Step 1:

In a bowl, mix potatoes, peas, coriander leaves, chaat masala, chili powder, cornflour and salt.

Step 2:

After this, divide the mixture into 6 equal parts and make a tikki while giving a round shape.

Step 3:

Now spread the bread crumbs in a plate and keep all the shaped tikkis in it, wrapping them neatly from each side and keeping them aside.

 Step 4:

After this, on a non-stick pan, fry the tikkis on medium flame till they are golden brown.

 Step 5:

Serve the potato tikki hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney with curd.
