IED Recovered in Large Quantity in Chhattisgarh

On Friday, the IED recovered by security forces in Sukma, Chhattisgarh. The 20 kg explosives recovered were first Neutralized by the security forces.

It is being said that it was kept here with the intention of harming the soldiers. This area comes under Chintagufa Police Station.

In the Naxal-affected district Sukma, the soldiers once again thwarted the plans of the Naxalites. The jawans fired 20 kg IED explosives pressed down the road to target the soldiers on Friday morning. It is being told that such a huge amount of explosive is enough to badly damage the biggest vehicle.

According to the information, 206 personnel of CRPF's 150th and 74th Corps and Cobra Battalion went out on joint search on Friday morning. During the search, 20 kg IED explosives were planted by Naxalites on the main road between Timelwara and Puswara of Chintagufa police station area. The CRPF's BDS (Bomb Disposal squad) team then destroyed it.
