The stock market is bombastic on the steps taken by the central government on the economic front. But the former National President of Congress and MP from Wayanad, Rahul Gandhi has strongly objected to the decisions of the government. Rahul Gandhi wrote that the Prime Minister is ready to do anything for the stock market boom, that too when his #HowdyIndianEconomy celebration is going on.

In this tweet, Rahul Gandhi also took a dig at the Howdy Modi program in the US and linked the revenue deficit of 1.45 lakh crore to 'Howdy Modi' from the government. Rahul wrote that Howdy Modi program is going to be the most expensive event in the world.

The Congress leader wrote that but no event can hide this truth, where a program like Howdy Modi has taken over the Indian economy.

On one hand, Rahul Gandhi has raised questions on this decision, on the other hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has termed these decisions as historic. The PM tweeted and praised the Finance Minister for these decisions.

Significantly, the announcements made by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday include decisions like exemption in corporate tax, reduction in surcharge of capital gains. However, after these decisions, the government will incur a burden of Rs 1.45 lakh crore on the revenue deficit. On this, Rahul Gandhi has targeted the government.

Before Rahul Gandhi, CPI (M) leader Sitaram Yechury had also called the Central Government's decisions inadequate and termed it as the biggest scam. Sitaram Yechury has accused the government of taking 1.76 lakh crore from RBI and giving 1.46 lakh crore to the corporate.

Even before this, Rahul Gandhi has been constantly targeting the central government for the economy. Also, on the target of Rahul, there was also a Howdy Modi program of Prime Minister to be held in America. Questioning the economy, Rahul had carried forward the #HowDeconomy hashtag and surrounded the central government.
