Mumbai: Actress Chitrangda Singh is busy writing the script of a short film amid lockdown. She told that she will complete it soon. As lockdown has been implemented in the country to prevent the spread of corona virus, in such a situation, people are forced to live in homes.

Chitrangda said, "I am currently writing a script for a short film, now I have a lot of free time and will complete it soon".

On the silver screen, Chitrangda will now be seen sharing the screen with Abhishek Bachchan in 'Bob Biswas'. The film tells the old story of a killer Bob Biswas, who was originally seen in Sujoy Ghosh's 2012 Vidya Balan-starrer 'Kahaani'.

However the character of Bob Biswas in that film was played brilliantly by Bengali actor Saswata Chatterjee. Abhishek Bachchan has now been roped in to play the lead role. Ghosh co-produces the film with Shah Rukh Khan, while Diya Annapurna Ghosh is directing the film.

Chitrangda had appeared as a producer for the 2018 sports biopic 'Surma', in which Diljit Dosanjh appeared as Indian hockey player Sandeep Singh. Chitrangda is reportedly planning to bring its franchise 'Surma 2'. Its sequel, like the first film, will tell the story of a real-life hero.
