The board examinations are going on and the students taking it are under duress. So to keep off stress, many of them are taking out time to watch movies, TV serials and listen to music. The parents, being aware of the strain their wards are going through, told that they were engaging them in light friendly chat and also ensuring the kids take healthy diet to beat stress.

When the issue of the student's stress was discussed with a psychiatrist and a principal of a school, the duo said the students should have sound sleep and take the examinations easily.

And besides giving a healthy diet, the parents should refrain from using harsh words as it may put their wards under pressure. The parents should also avoid discussing controversial issues, smoking and drinking during this period.
