The matter is of Aligarh's Taleem-ul-Quran, Thana Sasni Gate, Mohalla-Ladiya area. Actually, this matter came to light when the video of this act went viral. According to the locals, the Maulana of the madrasa is of a domineering type who often beats up children.
When the police got information about the matter, they took the madrasa operator into custody and started interrogation. Maulana said that all this is done by the neighbors. He does this with the wishes of the family members.
Chains were seen in the hands of four boys in the viral video. When this video reached the police, he first got its veracity checked, after getting the video right, when the police reached the spot, a child was found tied with chains. After this, the police took the madrasa operator Fahimuddin into custody.
The police have called the parents of the children to know the truth of the matter. The complaint was made by the local people only. However, according to the local people, the operator gets money from the children. The local people have made many serious allegations against Maulana. On the other hand, the other side says that all this happened due to a quarrel. There was a quarrel with the neighbors, after which this complaint has been made.
