In the Unnao rape case in Uttar Pradesh, the Supreme Court has given the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) 2 weeks to complete the investigation into the road accident. The court has directed the Delhi High Court to take a decision at the earliest on the request of the Special Judge to conduct the investigation of the victim at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). At the same time, the Supreme Court directed the Delhi High Court to take a decision at the earliest to establish a court in Delhi's AIIMS for the trial of the victim.
CBI submitted its status report to the Supreme Court
The CBI has submitted its status report to the Supreme Court in the case of Unnao raping the victim's car. This report, based on 16 points, extracts facts by referring to narcotics test, brain mapping test of forensic experts, truck driver and cleaner, statements of victims, family members and local people.
Extend the time period before reporting
The Supreme Court had asked the CBI investigating it to submit a report. The CBI had increased the time period for giving the investigation report to the court three times. After the condition of the victim improved in AIIMS, the statements of the victim were also recorded by the CBI. After matching this statement with the statements of some others, the CBI prepared its report. A team from Lucknow had gone to Delhi on Wednesday evening with this report. This status report has been submitted to the court.
The victim described Rae Bareli's accident as a conspiracy to murder
The victim, who first met the media on Thursday, described Rae Bareli's accident as a conspiracy to kill her. Kuldeep Singh Sengar had conspired to kill me in an accident on Rae Bareli Highway. There is no doubt about this. Kuldeep Singh Sengar is currently in CBI custody. Feeling better than two days ago, the victim said that Kuldeep Singh Sengar had conspired to kill me through a car and truck collision. No one should doubt this.
