The body of 21-year-old Satyapal and his 20-year-old girlfriend Rajni, resident of Sahijana Nibari village of Lucknow, was found hanging in a mango orchard in the morning in the area of the Malihabad police station. The bodies of both were hung from the same ropes of plastic. The police searched for the information, but no suicide note was found. Villagers and families gathered on the spot. However, the police are talking about the suicide of both of them. Post mortem report also confirmed the execution of both of the deaths.
In-charge inspector Siyaram Verma told that the bodies of both lovers were found hanging about one kilometer from his house in the mango orchard of Gyanendra Singh, resident of Pallor village of the Mallihabad police station. Ranjit and Rajni are from the Pasi community and there was a love affair between them for nearly three years. Ranjit's father Chhote Lal and Rajni's father Parashuram do farming-wages. Families say that on Wednesday morning, both of them left the house at around eight o'clock in the morning. What happened next? Nobody knows nor has anyone seen. For a long time, when both were not found, the families started exploring.
In the meantime, someone saw the body hanging from the tree, then sensation spread in the area. The police reached the spot only got two slippers in the garden. The family members who reached the spot and when saw Ranjit and Rajni dead bodies, then they got unconscious after hearing about the death. Ranjit's foot was half-foot upper from the ground while Rajni's feet were on the ground. Families have said that the some hanged the dead body after killing both of them.
The villagers said that Ranjit and Rajini wanted to get married, but their families were not ready. Rajani's family members had fixed her marriage somewhere else. Police believe that for this reason both of them have decided to commit suicide.
According to the family members, both lovers came out of the house at around eight in the morning, while the village sources said that both were missing from Tuesday night. Both of them were also doing separate research. On Wednesday morning, when the information got about hanging in Pallur at around 11 am, the families started talking about the disappearance from the morning of both of them.
