The battle between the CBI and the Mamta Government in West Bengal continues. Because of which the Chief Minister is sitting on a dharnaa from Sunday night. Meanwhile, the CBI has approached the Supreme Court today to question Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajiv Kumar for questioning in Sharda Chitfund Mamale. The court has stayed the case for the new case till tomorrow. The central government had asked to hear the matter today itself. On which Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said that it is not necessary to hear today itself.

The Solicitor General alleged that senior policemen were sitting on dharna with leaders wearing uniforms on Sunday night in Kolkata. The prosecutor also alleged that the police commissioner can destroy the evidence. The Chief Justice is allowed to bring martial on record to the CBI in support of its claim.
