Drugs and Sex Scandal Exposed in Pakistan: A major sex scandal has come to light in Pakistan, touted as the world's biggest sex scandal, involving 5500 college students with explicit videos.
The police claim that it is not their responsibility to ensure the safety of the students. This Pakistani sex and drugs scandal from Pakistan has become a topic of global discussion.
In response, the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) has decided to form a high-level committee to investigate the Bahawalpur Islamia University (IU) scandal, which will include three vice-chancellors and officers from security agencies.
In connection with the Pakistan sex and drugs scandal, various videos have emerged, including one where a girl is seen exiting a car's trunk and entering a house.
She is then accompanied by a man, and the entire incident is recorded on video.
This victimized girl is just one among thousands of girls who were lured into drug addiction first and then coerced into participating in explicit videos, which were later used to blackmail and exploit them.
The case is related to the Islamia University of Bahawalpur in Pakistan, which, according to the police, had become a hub for drug abuse and sexual exploitation.
Evidence has been found on the mobile phones of the suspects, which include numerous WhatsApp chats along with explicit videos, suggesting that this heinous activity has been ongoing for several years.
The police have arrested three individuals so far in connection with the case. It is believed that this illicit activity has caused considerable harm to the education sector in Pakistan.
The HEC chairman, Mukhtar Ahmed, informed the National Assembly's standing committee that there are 253 universities in the country, both public and private, and the issue has left students in distress.
In response to the scandal, the HEC has suspended the Chief Security Officer of Islamia University (IU) and ordered a comprehensive forensic audit of all deans by the FIA Cyber Wing.
The committee members suggested involving a federal investigation agency to thoroughly investigate the university management.
They highlighted the need to hold the university accountable for its failure to address the issue effectively.
