In Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, adjacent to the capital Delhi, a woman manager, including a man and his wife, killed their children and jumped from the eighth floor on Tuesday morning. A suicide note has been found from the flat. Police is currently Investigating the case.
According to information received from the police, at about 5:15 am today, they received information that two women and a man had jumped down from the eighth floor of Krishna Apara Society in Vaibhav section of Indirapuram in Ghaziabad district. On receiving the information, when the police reached the spot, it was found that a man and a woman had died while one of them was injured and was admitted to the hospital. A few hours later the woman also died during treatment.
At the same time, when the police reached inside the flat on the eighth floor from where they had jumped, they saw that two children and a rabbit were lying dead. The deceased have been identified as Husband Gulshan (45), wife Parveen (43), manager Sanjana (38), daughter Kritika (18), son Hrithik (13). Police have said that Gulshan had a jeans business in Gandhinagar, Delhi. Sanjana was a manager in the same factory. Gulshan's family was going through an economic crisis and due to this he had to leave the posh society of Shalimar Gardens and shift to Indirapuram in October. The police also found a suicide note written on the wall from Gulshan's flat. In this, Rakesh Verma has been blamed for the death of the three, who has been identified as the real brother-in-law of Gulshan. Along with the suicide note, 500-500 notes were also found sticking on the wall for the funeral procession.
A bounce cheque was also left with 500 notes. Police said that due to this bounced cheque, the condition of Gulshan's family was in a bad condition and he took such a big decision which ended the whole family. It is being told that the accused Rakesh Verma has already gone to jail in the cheque bounce case. SSP Sudhir Kumar Singh said that Gulshan's share had come to the tune of two crores during the division of ancestral property in Jhilmil, Delhi which he had engaged in business with his brother-in-law Rakesh Verma. According to the SSP, Rakesh Verma was not returning Gulshan's money, while there was pressure on him in the market. The bounced cheques recovered from the room are also worth about one crore rupees.
