The CCTV footage has surfaced of subversion in the shops in the Wellcome area of Delhi. In the incident on July 2, the police arrested the main accused Salman on Friday morning. Earlier, the police had arrested another accused Maruf.
In the Welcome area, Salman and Maruf vandalizing the shop with a weapon and sabotage. After registering a case under the Arms Act, the police had gathered in search of the accused. On Thursday night, the police had arrested Maruf and on Friday, the police arrested the main accused Salman.
This incident of intimidating shoppers was surfaced On July 2. A video linked to it also became viral, where two youths were seen to vandalized the shop by sharp weapons in the Welcome area. As the video came out, the police filed a case under the Arms Act and got involved in the search for the accused. An accused in this incident, Maruf was caught first and the second accused Salman was arrested on Thursday. Senior police officials have ordered the investigation of the incident.
