The CBI has made a big disclosure in the Muzaffarpur shelter home scandal of Bihar. The CBI in its statement in the Supreme Court said that no girl was killed in Muzaffarpur Shelter Home. Not only this, the investigating agency has said that the narcissists from the shelter home were not of minors. He also said that the investigation of all 17 cases related to the shelter home has been completed.

Attorney General KK Venugopal told the Supreme Court that no girl was killed in the Muzaffarpur shelter home. He said that the male skeletons found from the shelter home are not of minors. The CBI told the Supreme Court that investigations into 17 cases of Muzaffarpur shelter home sexual harassment have been completed and a report has been filed for action against the government officials involved, including the district magistrates.

'No evidence to prove criminal act'

In its status report filed in the Supreme Court, the investigating agency said that four preliminary investigations have not found evidence to prove any criminal act and hence no FIR has been filed. The CBI said in the status report, "Investigations in all 17 shelter home cases have been completed. In 13 regular cases, the final report has been sent to the competent court. The investigation of the four preliminary cases has been completed and no evidence to prove the criminal act was found and hence no FIR has been filed in this case. '

The investigating agency said, "The CBI report has been sent to the Chief Secretary of Bihar for action against government servants involved in all cases. The investigation of all 17 shelter home cases, including the Muzaffarpur shelter home, has been completed and a final report has been filed in the competent court. The note has been sent to the Chief Secretary for appropriate action in the form of a CBI report. '

'Sexual harassment of many girls in shelter home'

The CBI also said that the Government of Bihar has been requested to take departmental action and to cancel the registration of the concerned NGOs and blacklist them by providing investigation results in the CBI format. The agency said, "Hearing in a case of the girl child Muzaffarpur has been completed and the verdict will be heard by January 14." Many girls were sexually assaulted in the shelter home operated by an NGO in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. And the matter came to light after the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) report.
